Meet Michelle Gholston

Michelle Gholston is joining Maegan Jones Real Estate Company as our Real Estate Administrative Fellow through the SpouseWorks Fellowship, a 12-week paid fellowship for military spouses connected with the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP). Her fellowship is pending final program approval, with an estimated start date of October 26, 2026.

As our MSEP Fellow, Michelle will work hands-on with our team in Hartselle under the supervision of Maegan Jones, Owner. Her work is on the office side of real estate: marketing and brand support, including weekly social content, website and Google Business Profile updates and community outreach; day-to-day operations and client care; and transaction support, such as organizing transaction files, tracking contract-to-close deadlines and coordinating with lenders, inspectors and closing attorneys.

Michelle's role is administrative. Maegan Jones Real Estate Company is an approved host employer in the SpouseWorks Fellowship.
